WELCOME TO Gastvrij HC Tilburg

Dear EC Master,

Welcome to “Gastvrij HC Tilburg”. “Gastvrij HC Tilburg” is responsible for all food and beverage services during the hockey season and now during the EC Masters 2017. We are very happy to provide you with daily fresh hot and cold meals in our Food Court. Besides that we offer a wide variety of drinks from the bar.

As highlight of the tournament, we offer you a “Welcome BBQ” on Friday evening the 11th of August from 18:00 until 21:00, a “Gala Dinner” on Tuesday evening the 15th of August from 19:00 until 24:00, and a “Farewell Dinner” on Friday evening 18th of August from 18:00 until 21:00. For these three events (see below) we will require a pre-registration. The other evenings, we offer a “dish of the day” presented on the blackboard in the clubhouse. The cost will vary from €7,50 – €10,- per person. A pre-registration for these meals is also required, but can be booked on the same day before 01.00 pm (13.00 hrs). We also offer a breakfast service.


For all these diners you have to make a reservation in advance. This is only possible through the application form, which has been send to the team managers. The reservation is valid after receiving the payment. You can send the signup list to You will receive an approval after payment.


Do you have an allergy or intolerance? Please inform us using the subscription form, so we take it into account. Even if you are vegetarian or vegan, we can offer a suitable solution.
